  • My weight has stayed the same for a couple of days.Whyyyy.
    Well maybe some day it'll go down. I have been -1000 cals everyday, and exerciced.
    Also done plenty of muscle toning so maybe that's it.

    We'll see next monday what are the stats. 

    B: 2 egg whites, ham, cheese + a few candy and a mandarin  (187) yummyyyy
    L: the same as at breakfast (110)
    S: ryebread with cheese and ham(187)
    D: ryebread, strawberryes, youghurt and fiber (250)
    Total: 750 - 250 (exercise) = 500.
    Exercise: jog (-250kcal)

    Now I'm total: -1000 kcals.

  • I went to town and almost gave up with my diet. Lol.
    I thought that i will never get down to 95-90 lbs and why should I continue with this, I'm ok like this etc.

    But then, I changed my mind. I thought i'd regredit later. I would've. Now i'm proud.

    And got my paycheck which was double from what I expected it to be. Yay. Feeling like i just had won a lottery.

  • I trained last night my back, my legs, arms and abs.
    But now my weight got up 400 grams. Muscle?
    Hmm. I read some theards that said I should do more muscle workouts, like to the max 3-4 times a week, and cardio 2-3 times a week.

    Well see what's gonna happen.

    you remind me a lot of how i was! im the same height and my lowest weight was 104 and my highest was 120 too. good luck on losing the weight, im sure you can do it :) im around 112 right now so im still working on it haha.
